Assembling Your Foam Pit

Once you have remove all items from the box, you are ready to get started!
Step 1
Unwrapping the Foam
- The Foam Cubes arrive compressed inside their covers. Carefully cut open the plastic bag and the foam to expand. As the foam fills out, you may need to reposition the covers. Wrinkles are normal and will smooth out over time.
- The walls of the Foam Pit will arrive compressed and without covers. Unwrap the foam and allow it to expand fully before continuing to the next step.
Step 2
Assembling the Outer Walls
- Insert the expanded foam into the cover, aligning the seams with the foam's edge as you zip the cover closed.
- Once your walls are assembled, attach each side by aligning the Velcro strips. Make sure the Velcro strip along the bottom of each wall is facing the same direction - this will be important in the next step.
- Once all sides are aligned, press firmly along all Velcro to create a strong and stable connection.
Step 3
Attaching the Fabric Base
- After you've attached the walls, secure the large fabric base (note: this piece does not include foam). Connect the Velcro strips on the bottom of the outer walls to the corresponding strips on the fabric base. Press firmly to ensure everything is securely attached.
- Double check that all Velcro is properly aligned and securely fastened before jumping in!
Got Wrinkles?
Occasionally, wrinkles may appear in the fabric after unboxing and assembly. This is normal and will typically smooth out over time with play. However, if you want smoother covers right away, we've got you covered! Below is a video for the steps to achieving that crisp, clean new Foamnasium® look!
FAQ-Assembly
I just received my shipment and have an issue with my order, what do I do?
We're here to help! We ask that any issues with your Foamnasium® order/shipment (such as missing items or damaged product) be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
*Please note: If you ordered your Foamnasium® from a third party, please reach out to them directly should you have any issues with your shipment.
My Foamnasium® has arrived! How long can I keep it in the box?
All units are compressed and rolled before shipping, so the sooner you unbox it, the better! We ask that you inspect your Foamnasium within 48 hours of arrival. If you are unable to check and inspect your package upon receipt, you assume all risk of any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping.
How long will it take my Foamnasium® to expand after unboxing?
When first opening your box, your foam may look a bit compressed and wrinkly, but that will have no effect on performance or longevity of your product. Foamnasium® can be played with right away – in fact, play will help the foam come back to life quickly! It may take up to two weeks for your foam to fully recover.
