How do I contact Foamnasium® for help?

The best way to reach the Foamnasium® team is by Contacting Us. Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to respond. If you do not hear back from us in that timeframe, make sure to check your SPAM folder for our reply.

What is the current turnaround time for orders?

You can expect your Foamnasium® to ship within 3-7 business days. Please know, that all timeframes are an estimate – we’ll always ship your order as soon as it’s ready to go!

I just placed an order, can I change it?

As long as the product has not shipped yet, we should be able to help update your order as needed. We kindly ask that you take time to review your order before purchasing to make sure all shipping and contact information is correct.

I just received my shipment and have an issue with my order, what do I do?

We're here to help! We ask that any issues with your Foamnasium® order/shipment such as missing items or damaged product, be reported within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

*Please note: If you ordered your Foamnasium® from a third party, please reach out to them directly should you have any issues with your shipment.

My tracking says my order was delivered but it wasn't, what now?

Please reach out to us here within 48 hours of so we can help track down your shipment and resolve the issue.

My Foamnasium® has arrived! How long can I keep it in the box?

All units are compressed and rolled before shipping, so the sooner you unbox it, the better! We ask that you inspect your Foamnasium® within 48 hours of arrival. If you are unable to check and inspect your package upon receipt, you assume all risk of any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping.

How long will it take my Foamnasium® to expand after unboxing?

When first opening your box, your foam may look a bit compressed and wrinkly, but that will have no effect on performance or longevity of your product. Foamnasium® can be played with right away – in fact, play will help the foam come back to life quickly! It may take up to two weeks for your foam to fully recover.

If I order multiple items will they ship at the same time?

We will ship all items in an order on the same day. However, multiple items may come in separate boxes and may not deliver on the exact same day. Always be sure to use your FedEx tracking information as a guide.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, let us know as soon as possible! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, more than likely, we can cancel your order.

What's the 30 Day Product Guarantee?

The Foamnasium® team maintains the highest commitment to your complete satisfaction with our products and service! However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS

• You must work with the Foamnasium® customer service team and adhere to all return terms as outlined.

• Items purchased on clearance are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.

• Canadian orders are not eligible for returns.

• Returns and exchanges are limited to one item per order.

• Only one return or exchanges per household/customer in a calendar year.

• All Foamnasium® does come with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
