Warranty and Returns
I just opened my Foamnasium® and have an issue, what should I do?
Let us know! We ask that you inspect your package within 48 hours of receipt – and report any concerns or issues within that timeframe. Be sure to include your full name and order # in your inquiry. We might ask you provide photos, as necessary.
What is the 30 Day Product Guarantee?
The Foamnasium® team maintains the highest commitment to your complete satisfaction with our products and service. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.
• To be eligible for a return you must work with the Foamnasium® customer service team and adhere to all return terms as outlined.
• Items purchased on clearance are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.
• Canadian orders are not eligible for returns.
What is the Foamnasium® warranty?
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all Foamnasium® Products. Warranties are typically designed to be tricky, and to protect a manufacturer, not the purchaser. We’re a little different. We want you to know that we’ll always stand behind our product. Within reason, we’ll always work with you to make sure the product delivered to your door meets our manufacturing standards of quality and performance and we’ll honor that warranty within 1 year of receipt of your purchase. A warranty does not mean that Foamnasium is indestructible. (What fabric is?) Please review the following and do not hesitate to reach out to us with any follow up questions. We are always available to help and answer any lingering questions!
A. **The 1 Year Foamnasium® Warranty applies to all purchases made direct from Foamnasium and Foamnasium authorized vendors.** Foam, vinyl and zippers are all warranted by Foamnasium®. Foamnasium® is designed and intended for indoor use only. This warranty does not cover customer damage if used in any manner that is deemed excessive by Foamnasium®. Tumbling, running and jumping by our definition does not cause excessive damage, punctures or tears to Foamnasium® and it’s components.
B. **The 1 Year Foamnasium® Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and/or gift recipient.** If you are purchasing Foamnasium® as a gift, the recipient’s name should be listed on the original order in the event a warranty claim is needed. The 1 Year Warranty goes into effect on the date of delivery. All original order information will be required to proceed with a warranty claim. The Foamnasium® team has the right to deny any warranty claim if deemed use and damage occurred outside of intended play.
C. **Foamnasium®’s responsibility to you.** We are not in the position to guarantee a flawless and indestructible product given the mass amount of variables found in people’s homes. Our warranty is focused on aspects of the product that are within our control at our manufacturing facility. This means that raw material specifications and sewing quality are closely monitored, and if the foam degrades or the seams rip in the field, we acknowledge that to be a failure on our part. We cannot, though, control all the variables that happen once the product leaves our facility.
D. **All foam cores may soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user over time.** This shall be considered normal wear and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect.
E. **Foamnasium® covers may begin to wrinkle and stretch slightly due to normal use and were not made to withstand excessive force with sharp or pointed objects.** Failure to withstand such situations shall not be considered material defects. Sharp objects vary in every home, and even unknown toys that are safe for small children, can puncture vinyl.
F. **Foamnasium® warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.** Secondhand purchases void all warranty coverage.
G. Material manufacturer defects would include, but are not limited to, seam or zipper breakage (barring excessive damage), excessive fraying, indentation force deflection loss above 35% of the specified grade, or decomposition of product. **Listed defects are not valid if heavy soiling or abuse is evident.**
H. Within one year of the date of purchase, Foamnasium® will replace, free of charge, to the original retail purchaser only, the Foamnasium® product that has material and/or manufacturer defects, provided that the original retail purchaser returns the defective product to Foamnasium®. **No refunds are provided after 30 days.**
I. To proceed with any warranty claim, you may be asked to ship components of your Foamnasium®. If any shipping or delivery address has changed since the original shipment, the warranty claimant is responsible to provide all necessary shipping information.(Attn: Customer Service, 7213 W 200 N, Greenfield, IN 46140).
J. Any items that were left outside and damaged due to weather conditions are not covered by warranty. We do not recommend the use of these products outdoors.
K. All quotes given for replacement purchases are valid for 30 days of written communication from our team. Covers or replacement pieces are not eligible for any current promotions or discounts as sent by the Foamnasium® team, and are subject to an additional shipping charge.

Is there a limit to the warranty?
**WHAT IS NOT COVERED:**
We invest a great deal of time and energy into Foamnasium® and the product quality. We’ll always fix issues that are a result of fault in our material or manufacturing. While we wish Foamnasium was indestructible, it’s not! Just like any fabric - there are objects in your home that can puncture or create tears in vinyl, these would not be covered.
